ILD Teleservices complaint

During my March '08 monthly bill paying exercise I noticed a SHARP increase in my telephone bill. Looking at the details, I see Verizon was happy to pass along the fees for ILD Teleservices, which I neither requested nor authorized. I called the number provided, was told my daughter added the service, yet she is certain she did not. So, how DOES this service get itself added to my bill?

The woman with whom I had spoken suggested I would get a courtesy credit, and the services would be removed. Considering all the other complaints I've read, I'll have to see this to believe it.

Last month, I had spoken to someone at ILD and told him that I did NOT request any of their services and he said that he would credit my account. ON this month's phone bill. only 15.95 was credited. There is still a charge of 4.00 on my bill. Please take care of this matter. I do not wish to pay for something that I do not owe! Donna Gonzalez
